Looking for a twist on roasted or steamed asparagus? Enter crispy asparagus! These tasty spears are dredged in a parmesan herb coating and baked ?til crunchy. Pair with a creamy yogurt dip for the ultimate family-friendly snack.

COOK TIME: 12 Minutes
Ingredients

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon McCormick Dill Weed
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder

Parmesan Herb Asparagus Fries

1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Oregano Leaves

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with no stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
For the Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip, place all ingredients in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired
 
Step 3  Step 3:
For the Asparagus Fries, place flour in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in another shallow dish. Mix panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and pepper in a third shallow dish. Roll asparagus in flour to coat. Dip in eggs, then coat in panko. Spread asparagus in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
